Returns & Exchanges
If you don’t completely love your purchase, please get in touch with us within 90 days of delivery and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund. Customers satisfaction is our priority and we want to make sure you absolutely love your new Kiks.
Please note: Item must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging for refunds or exchanges.
In the unlikely event that an item slips past our quality assurance team, damaged, incorrect or with poor printing quality, we stand by our satisfaction guarantee and will be happy to offer a free replacement or refund on the damaged item. Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item showing the damage. Please send the information to email@example.com
Order not received
If you do not receive your order within 45 business days, please contact us so we can investigate the issue. We will send you a free replacement or a refund if the correct shipping address was provided and the you didn’t miss the parcel delivery.
The customer is responsible for return shipping and any associated charges to return the items to us. A 15% restocking fee is levied on all returns to recover shipping & handling costs incurred on the order.
Please note: You must contact us prior to returning an item to obtain a return authorization and return instructions.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
